1. Data Collection & Intake

SparkleNET operates as a Revenue Operations infrastructure provider. When you initialize our RIGS audit or deploy our systems, we collect necessary business contact information, CRM architecture details, and systemic workflow data to engineer your solution.

2. Third-Party Routing & Enrichment

Our autonomous engines utilize third-party APIs (including but not limited to n8n, Apollo.io, and Lusha) to route and enrich data. Your systemic data is encrypted in transit and never sold to secondary data brokers.

3. Client CRM Access

For Tier 2 and Tier 3 clients, SparkleNET requires authenticated access to your respective CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). This access is strictly limited to the architectural deployment of the RIGS logic and routing protocols.

4. Security Protocols

We deploy enterprise-grade encryption for all webhook intakes. However, no internet-based routing system is 100% secure. We guarantee immediate notification within 24 hours of any detected anomaly within our managed infrastructure.
